After your first contact, we usually enter into detailed communication by email or over the phone, to find out as much as possible about your requirements., We then present you with a portfolio of properties to select from. We give you advice and information on every property and narrow it down to the ones that fully qualify.

When you decide to come on a viewing tour, we work out an individual itinerary based on your requirements. It can include our own properties as well as properties from other agents we work with. We can organise a viewing for just one or several houses – just as you wish.

A typical viewing trip will take place over one to two days, by the end of which we will be in a position to narrow down the choice and focus on your favourites.

We like to take you in our own car, because it gives us the opportunity to find out more about your ideas and requirements and to provide advice and explanations for you.

But also if you want to arrange your own transport, we will inform you in detail about all matters connected with the purchase of property in Germany.

Typical Itinerary

Day 1

•  Arrival in the morning at Frankfurt-Hahn Airport, where one of us will meet you and take you to some of the properties to view.

•  Visit to our office in Zell to discuss your requirements and give you detailed information of the legals and other implications involved when buying property here.

Day 2

•  Pick up at your hotel after breakfast.

•  Viewing more properties.

•  Often we meet with partner agent to let you see some properties which are not in our own portfolio.

•  Second visit to previously viewed, favourite property to establish more details about renovations needed, financial aspects, points that need clarification, etc.

•  Drop off at hotel or drive back to the airport.

Even if you don’t find your dream property on the first viewing, we guarantee you
a very interesting trip through pleasant countryside, friendly people, great service,
good food and wine and lots of new impressions and inspirations.
